Ph.D. in Information and Communication Engineering in 2014 and M.Sc. in Telecommunication Engineering in 2010, full marks (110/110) and summa cum laude, both from University of Rome “Sapienza”.
In 2011, he received the degree award from the “Fondazione Roma Sapienza” for his M.Sc. thesis on Cognitive Radio Networks.
In 2010, he was a junior researcher at the CNIT, as the winner of the annual scholarship for graduates promoted by CNIT in the project “Telecommunication Research in Italy”.
From 2011 to 2017, he held the positions of researcher and lecturer at the “Department of Information, Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering” (DIET) of University of Rome “Sapienza”. He is author of several IEEE conference and journal papers and serves in the evaluation commission of various ICT journals and conferences. He has contributed to various national and international research projects.
Since 2018 he has been working at “Fondazione Ugo Bordoni” as ICT expert. His main research topics focus on 5G networks, Wireless Networks, Software Networking, Intelligent Transport Systems, Vehicular Networks and Cognitive Radio Networks.
