Since 2002, he has been working at the Ugo Bordoni Foundation (FUB), focusing on research and project management for digital transformation within the activities carried out for the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy (MIMIT).
He is currently responsible for the systems managing public electronic communication networks and services (“SIGERS”), the radio broadcasting network management system (“GECORA”), the system for managing rights of use and audiovisual media providers (“GEPRO”), as well as the payment portals for the Directorate General for Digital and Telecommunications (DGTEL) and the Directorate General for Territorial Services (DGST). Additionally, he coordinates the “MICO” project, aimed at supporting MIMIT in the temporary assignment of frequencies for the Milan-Cortina 2026 Olympic Games.
He has coordinated and participated in several European projects, including APSIS4ALL, IRMA, EasyReach, and MediAccess. In addition to his in-depth knowledge of digital transformation and web accessibility, his experience at FUB has allowed him to develop strong expertise in the analysis and reengineering of public administration processes, the definition and implementation of innovation strategies, requirements management, interoperability between information systems, as well as data governance and regulatory compliance in the digital domain.
Since 2007, he has been a lecturer in the “Computer Science Laboratory” course at the Faculty of Clinical Engineering at the University of Rome “La Sapienza.”
