Graduated in Statistical and Demographic Sciences at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” he joined FUB in 1986. From 1989 to 2000 he carried out research on Usability Engineering (ergonomics and human factors).
Since 2000 he has carried out research on the economic and social scenarios of ICT. Among last research activities he was project manager of “Internet@Italia” (2014-2018), a research program carried out jointly to the Istituto Nazionale di Statistica (Istat).
He is currently (2019) responsible for three research activities: “TV survey”, aimed at detecting the TV equipment of the Italian families into the re-purposing of the 700 MHz); “5G Economic and Social Impact”, “Postal Market Observatory”, aimed at studying the effects of the e-substitution in the postal market.
