Currently working in the Organization, Planning and Project Development Department, dealing with internal organization, coordination and control of FUB projects, and strategic planning. Alongside, he keeps working on research and innovation activities on specific projects, carried out with continuity since he joined FUB in 2010, mainly concerning economic and statistical issues related to ICT services, including: feasibility studies of the new generation networks, assessments on the economic value and social use of radio spectrum, econometric studies of the Internet demand and its impact on public policies.
With a dissertation on “Nature and causes of the digital divide in Italy: a study based on microdata”, he earned the PhD in Industrial and Management Engineering at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, in 2017. At “La Sapienza”, he also got the Master’s degree with full marks in Industrial Engineering in 2010.
Between 2007 and 2010, he was Industrial Engineer for management and control of the Leonardo (former Alenia Aeronautica) aeronautical plant of Grottaglie (Italy).
