Graduated in Sociology and specialized in Marketing Management and in Social Statistics, he works in FUB since 2009, where he carries out research and consults on ICT policies and regulation, with particular regards to spectrum and network policies, online business innovation, and digital rights.
Previously he has gained expertise in ICT and Tv policies, regulation and business related topics, in ISIMM (Institute for Media and New Media Studies), where he held the position of Vice Secretary General. He has worked as consultant for the National Committee for Statistical Information, and as editor in chief of Pol.Is magazine. He has been Political Science Fellow at University Roma Tre.
Since 2018 he’s member of the Communication Team within DOPS.
His actual research interests cover aspects like technology use data analyses, big data as knowledge driver for social behaviour and algorithm accountability in public related decisions.
