Marco is a researcher at the Fondazione Ugo Bordoni, where he currently works as a member of the Organization, Planning and Project Development Department.
He has a Phd in Computer Science from the University of L’Aquila (2006) and a Degree in Computer Science from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” (2001).
His interests include Big Data, blockchain and Artificial Intelligence applications to the Public administrations domain.
In the past he contributed to the definition of the “Three-year Plan for the IT in the Public Administration 2017-2019” and to the development of the National Digital Data Platform.
Since 2003 he is involved in activity at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”.
