Doctor Laurea Degree in Electronic Engineering summa cum laude at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, he is a senior researcher and project manager with Fondazione Ugo Bordoni. He is the author of more than 180 scientific publications.
In FUB he worked in the International Project Office and was responsible for the Research Line “Information Society and User Aspects”.
He conceived and developed KidLab Media Research, a lab methodologyto sistemically approach the study of ICT diffusion and usage scenarios for young generations.
He has participated in several International projects, chairing COST Action 298 “Participation in the Broadband Society” and coordinating CUMULUS (Certification infrastrUcture for MUlti-Layer cloUd Services) (Seventh Framework Programme).
He has also chaired the technical working groups of the TeTRa Association, representing more than 160 organisations in the TeTRa (Terrestrial Trunked Radio) business from all continents of the world.
