He graduated in Computer Science, and has been in Fondazione Bordoni since 2005.
At the Foundation, he has participated in the design and development of computer systems for various projects, including the “Switch-off of Digital Terrestrial Television”, the “National Broadcasting Frequencies Registry Database”, the management of the earthquake emergency in Abruzzo, and the “National Public Opt-Out Registry”.
He has been the technical manager for the “Misurainternet” project (verification service on the quality of Internet access services), the “Diritto d’Autore Online” (italian Telecoms Regulator’s for the promotion and protection of copyright), the “Paladin” project (regarding fight against online piracy), and several projects for the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM), including those related to Anti-Counterfeiting.
He coordinated the Foundation’s IT services and infrastructure.
Since 2025, he has been the Head of Digital Transformation of Public Administration and IT Services Unit.
