Economist, expert in microeconomics, macroeconomics, and in the analysis of the technological change. He is currently Senior Researcher at Fondazione Ugo Bordoni. In 1998 he received his PhD in Economics at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”. In 2000 he worked as expert at the Department of Economic Affairs of the Italian Presidency of the Council for identifying a system of indicators for monitoring the Information Society.
He has been Professor of Economics at the Institute for Political Culture and the History of Enterprise “Franco Momigliano” and lecturer in different Masters of new media economics at the University of Rome Tor Vergata. He is the author of several national and international publications.
