Since 2025, he has been working at the Fondazione Ugo Bordoni (FUB), where he currently holds the position of Research Technician in the Telecommunications area.
He obtained a bachelor’s degree with honors (cum laude) in Information Engineering from the University of L’Aquila, with a thesis entitled “Software-Defined Control of a Passive Optical Network”, through which he developed expertise in Software-Defined Networking (SDN).
He later completed a master’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering, also at the University of L’Aquila, graduating with honors, receiving a thesis commendation and a career distinction from the degree committee. His thesis, entitled “DDoS Attack Mitigation Using Hardware Acceleration of DPUs”, was conducted at the National Inter-University Consortium for Telecommunications (CNIT) in Pisa, published in the IEEE Global Communications Conference 2024, and presented in Cape Town, South Africa, in the same year.
